Every purchaser at Superbikes is eligible for a free bike servicing six months after the purchase date.

Warranty Coverage Details
The warranty for all our eBike components, including the motor hub, controller, and battery, lasts for six months from the original purchase and the date the buyer completes the ownership transfer, covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. An additional six months of warranty can be purchased for $100, extending the total coverage to twelve months

Normal wear and tear on Covered Parts is not included in the warranty

Unauthorized alterations, tampering, or repairs are not eligible for coverage under this warranty

The warranty does not extend to any free gifts provided with the eBike

Warranty coverage for the eBike begins only after the buyer completes the ownership transfer via the onemotoring portal
Warranty
Our warranty encompasses manufacturing defects that result in the device not functioning as intended or not aligning with its description.
The warranty does not cover the following scenarios:

Any logistical costs associated with returning the product for servicing, or returning the product to the customer after servicing

Failure to clean or maintain the device

Malfunctions resulting from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or self-repair

Accidental damage or malfunction due to improper storage

Normal wear and tear from usage

External damages
-
Water damage
What documents are necessary to initiate a warranty claim?
In addition to the product itself, you'll need to present either a physical or digital copy of your receipt.

What if I purchased the eBike or eScooter from a different retailer?
We can process warranty claims as long as a physical or digital receipt is provided.
Claims for Shipping Damage
While we take pride in our products, damages during shipping are beyond our control. In rare instances, the item you receive may be damaged in transit, so please inspect it upon arrival. If the product is damaged, contact us via WhatsApp at +65 9025 7929 and provide photo or video evidence.
Please note: Shipping Damage Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the products.
All exchanges will be conducted in-store. Customers can choose to self-collect or opt for delivery (additional charges apply) for exchanged items.
